Refund Policy

We replace or refund items which arrive damaged.  If you need to report a product which has arrived to you damaged, please email weaveonlywool@gmail.com

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within a 14 day cooling off period.  The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you receive your product.  If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended to the next working day.

You must inform us in writing (by email) that you wish to make a return within the cooling off period.  You must send the product(s) to us within 14 days from the date you informed us that you wish to make a return.

Within 14 days of us receiving your return, we will refund you the cost of your order.

This does not apply to customised orders, which are made to order and specified by the buyer.  All customised orders go through a process whereby the customer has chosen all elements and are happy with the progress photos and updates, so unless the product has arrived damaged, no refund will be available.
